Candidates belonging to SC and ST class will get a 5% relaxation of marks.PH and migrants of Jammu and Kashmir will get 5% and 10% relaxation of marks respectively in the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.
Indian law Institute, New Delhi Admissions
The application mode is online for admission in the various programs available at ILI.
One needs to visit the official site of ILI for submitting the form and have to do the payment of the registration fees according to the particular course.
Eligible students have to appear for the entrance exam and interview (only for Ph.D.) and based on the marks obtained and presentations admission will be done.
Admissions for the postgraduate Diploma programs are done based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations.5% extra weightage is given to law graduates/CMA/CS/CA.
Candidates of online certificate programs have to submit the hardcopy of the application form to the institute.

Mainly 3 types of scholarships are granted by the institute.
1)Merit scholarship
INR 30000 per annum is given to the first two students based on the merit list of the All India Admission test of one year LLM degree program.
2) Merit-cum-Means scholarship:
The institution may repay the fees of the needy and sincere students (max 5% of the intake) studying in one year LLM program. The final decision is based on the director.
3) Gold Medals to Meritorious students:
Gold medals are awarded to the students with the highest CGPA and must have cleared the exams in the first attempt and no disciplinary actions should have been taken against them. The final decision is based on the director.

Central library: Central library is one of the well-known libraries in the country. It is a part of the National Digital Library of India. It contains around 81000 volumes.190 periodicals are received there with serial publications. A facility of the digitized data about the availability of books, journals, reports, publications is provided through OPAC. It creates a well-equipped environment for visually impaired students with the help of pearl instant reader, JAWS talking software, music player, Radio cum voice recorder, etc.
Legal Information Research Centre (LIRC): The institute has established LIRC with the latest technology computers, printers and Wifi connectivity. Legal information related to case laws, legislations, constitutions, Legal articles can be received at the centre, Anti-plagiarism Software and URKUND are also available there.

Faculties
ILI consists of very reputed and highly qualified faculties with degrees like P.hD and masters in law. The director head of the college prof Dr. Manoj Kumar Sinha has published many articles on international human rights, constitutional laws and various other areas in the national and international journals.
Mrs. Lotika Sarkar who was an Indian feminist and pioneer in the field of women Studies and Rights has also been a teacher at ILI.

Indian Law Institute, Delhi was founded in 1956 with the objective of promoting and conducting legal research in India. ILI offers LL.M & PG Diploma programs in various Specializations. Indian Law Institute (ILI) also offers online Certificate & Ph.D. courses in Law. Selection for LL.M is done through the merit obtained in the National Level entrance exam conducted by ILI, i.e. ILI Common Admission Test (ILICAT).
Admission to P.G Diploma programs at ILI is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Admission to Ph.D. programs is performed through a written test conducted by the Institute followed by Presentation and Interview.
M.Phil passed or UGC NET/ SLET or GATE qualified candidates are exempted from the Ph.D. admission Test. Such candidates have to appear in the interview round only.
Indian Law Institute (ILI) Delhi LL.M & PG Diploma Admission 2022
ILI Delhi offers one-year LL.M and PG Diploma courses in law disciplines at postgraduate level. Selection for LL.M program is done on the basis of marks obtained in ILICAT. The basic eligibility criteria for LL.M course is a Bachelor’s degree in law. PG Diploma courses require a graduation degree in any stream.

The candidates aiming to apply for Ph.D. need to have a Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized university. The admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam followed by Personal Interview and subject-specific presentation.
All qualified candidates shall make a presentation before the Admission Committee on the proposed topic of research on the date notified by the Institute.

Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Presentation of their Research Proposal followed by Interview. The candidates of exempted category will be shortlisted based on the Research Plan submitted by them along with the application form. All qualified candidates will have to perform their presentation before the Admission Committee on the proposed topic of research on the date notified by the Institute

LL.B or MA in Social Sciences is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to PG Diploma in Labour Law. Commencement of this course will subject to enrollment of at least 40 students.
The institute offers a scholarship of INR 30000 to top two students on the basis of All India Law Admission Test merit.
