Tantia University, commonly referred to as TU is a state university in Rajasthan. It was established by Rajasthan Govt. Act No. 32 of 2013 u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The university offers a wide range of the courses at UG and PG level along with Ph.D. degrees in around 11 disciplines. Tantia University Admission
For UG courses, the candidates must have passed 10 or 10+2. For PG courses, the candidates must have done the graduation in relevant discipline. For Ph.D. courses, the candidates must have done the PG in the allied stream. For Diploma courses, the candidates must have passed the 10th standard. The age criterion is to be strictly followed by the candidates. The entrance exams are to be cleared for courses like BAMS, BHMS, MSc (Nursing) and Education courses and the rest courses admits on merit-based.
The application is offline mode.
Application Procedure:
- The candidates have to download the application form from the official website of the university.
- Complete the filing of the application form with correct details.
- For the application fee of INR 2000, draw a Demand Draft in favour of the university.
- Attach the relevant documents along with DD and the application form.
- Send the forms, DD, and documents to the university by post.
- The application forms for the entrance exam are also to be downloaded from the official website and sent along with the DD and documents if applicable.
Tantia University Placements
The students are trained well before going for placements through campus. The science and medical students are getting placement opportunities with packages starting with INR 4 lacs per annum in famous companies or they can also start their own practice. The management students are placed in top companies with good packages like: HP, HCL, Infosys, and Dell.
Tantia University Scholarships
The university is concerned regarding the needs of the students who come from different areas and backgrounds. Considering all the aspects, it provides scholarships in the form of rebates and concessions on the basis of merits and priorities. The different scholarships are:
