Karnavati University is located in Uvarsad near Gandhinagar, established in 2017. The college offers profuse UG, PG, and doctorate level courses with multiple specializations. In 2019, KU was granted membership of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Some of the notable international collaboration of the university include University of Northampton, De Montfort University, University of Derby, etc.
Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance exam followed by GD and PI. Some of the entrance exams accepted by the university are UID-DAT, CLAT, UGAT, KUAT. Candidates who wish to take admission to the college have to register themselves online on the college's official website and apply for the respective courses there. It has received membership of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, and Some of the courses offered by the university are AICTE approved.

Karnavati University Gandhinagar Scholarship
The college aids in providing the scholarships given by the Government of Gujarat. Apart from a few private and institutional scholarships, some of the scholarships provided through the government are:
Digital Gujarat Scholarship: Provided for students studying at the postgraduate level. This scholarship covers tuition fees and hostel fees to an extent.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana: Given to students who have scored 80% for the general category and 65% for the reservation category, provided the family annual income is less than INR 6 lakh.
Post Matric Scholarship for ST Girl Students: Tuition fee scholarships for girl students from the ST reservation category whose family annual income is less than INR 2.5 lakh
