Note: Pragyan University also offers doctoral degee in some fields of yoga and Naturopathy. A written test will be conducted to select the Research Scholars followed by a Personal Interview to discuss the Research Area.

Pragyan University releases both online and offline applications. The admission are on merit basis and first come first serve basis. Students are advised to keep their eye on the website in the month of March and April for admission date confirmation.
Application Procedure
- For the online process, the candidate needs to visit the official university website for filling the application form.
- The candidate needs to provide the necessary information for the application form.
- Then the candidate needs to pay the online application fee.
Note: For offline the candidate needs to visit the campus. The university has the application fee of INR 400 which is non-refundable.
Pragyan University Ranchi Facilities
PIU has a vast acres of land and lush green infrastructure for over all developement of students. It provides hostel facility, cafeteria, library, auditorium and other facilities for students.
- Hostel: PIU provides students well maintained dormitories as well as separate rooms with 24 hour power backup and security. There are separate facilities for boys and girls. The hostel also has a specially designed, separated study area for the students. The facilities also include WIFI access to students.
- Cafeteria: The university has a nice and spacious cafeteria for students and staff. The food items are available at a very considerable rate. The dishes are cooked by well trained cooks at the university campus keeping in mind the quality of food.
- Library: The university has a well-ventilated Central library which contains abundant books covering all the fields being taught in the Pragyan International University. The university subscribes to various reputed National and International journals.
- Auditorium: The Institute has a well-facilitated auditorium for the purpose of organizing various conferences, symposiums, workshops, seminars and various other academic and cultural activities.
