Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University was established in the year 1990 and is located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The University was given its name after Pandit Makhanlal Chaturvedi, the great editor, poet, litterateur and freedom fighter in his era.
It is also known as Makhanlal University is a public educational institute that promotes Media education among the youth and motivates them to take journalism and mass communication to new levels.
