Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences (SHUATS), established in 1910, has the honour of being the first agricultural university of India. SHUATS Placements

SHUATS offers campus placement every year. It has a training and placement cell that aims to provide 100% placement opportunities. The average salary package varies from INR 2-6 LPA. The highest package offered to the students of SHUATS is INR 12 LPA. The average package stood at INR 7 LPA. SHUATS-DU work scholarship: SHUATS provides financial assistance to students as “Earn While Learning Scheme” where students can study while working for SHUATS. Selected UG and PG students are paid INR 25 per hour. The maximum earning of a student per month is INR 1000. Students are required to work for a minimum of 40 hours per month.
Yeshu Darbar Scholarship: These scholarships are available only to poor and needy Christian students.

SHUATS Allahabad is well known for its popular programs such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and MBA. SHUATS currently offers its B.Tech programs in 13 different specializations including Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology. Admission to all the undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs is granted on the basis of the SHUATS Online Entrance Test for Agriculture & Pharmacy (SOETAP) and Merit-Based Online Counselling conducted by the SHUATS only. SHUATS B.Tech Admission 2022
The University offers Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in 13 different specializations. The duration of all the B.Tech courses is four years. Admission to B.Tech is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university, conducted usually in the month of May every year. The application process starts by February.

SHUATS MBA and MCA Admission 2022

At postgraduate level, the university offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) to the students who want to seek admission in management for higher studies. The duration period for the programme is 2 years.

Under the MBA programme, the university allows the students to specialize in various aspects of Business Studies. To get admission, candidates need to appear in an Entrance Test conducted by the University.

The university offers M.Phil and Ph.D. programs to students who are willing to research in various fields. SHUATS conducts an Entrance Examination for admission to Ph.D. programs to research aspiring candidates.

The prospectus and application form can be obtained by sending a crossed bank draft for Rs. 450.00 (i.e., Rs.400/- for Prospectus & Application Forms and Rs.50/- for postal charges) or $30.00 in favour of the Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad by registered post
