All the candidates for the above UG courses will be selected on the basis of the Merit list of CUET 2022
- Candidates can be given admission to B.Tech programs with JEE mains’ scores followed by a counselling session
- Candidates who applied for B.Pharm will be selected on the basis of CUET/VET scores.
- Candidates applied for B.A/B.Sc/B.P.Ed/B.Ed/B.Lib.I.Sc etc will be selected on the basis of VET scores/CUET scores followed by counselling

Candidates can apply at GGU through the online application procedure for all the UG courses. Candidates are required to follow the step-by-step process for admission:
- Candidates need to visit the official website of GGU- www.ggu.ac.in
- Candidates will have to register first using a valid Email-ID & Mobile number
- They will have to generate a User ID & Password, the same will be sent to their mobile number
- Candidates will have to upload scanned copies of photographs and signature along with academic documents

- After submitting the application form, a printout of the same must be taken out for future use.

GGU offers M.Tech, MBA & M.Pharm courses for the duration of two years and MCA for three years in full-time mode. Students need to appear in VET to get admission in M.Tech, MCA and M.Pharm courses. Apart from VET score, GATE and GPAT qualified candidates can apply for M.Tech and M.Pharm courses respectively. For MBA, a valid score in CMAT is mandatory.

Apart from undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the university also offers Ph.D. programs in various specializations. In order to seek admission in Ph.D., candidates have to pass a Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate. GGU conducts VRET to provide admission to the Ph.D. program. The university follows a common application process for all the courses. The application form can be filled in online or offline modes by following the given steps:
Online Mode:
- Visit the official website of Guru Ghasidas University.
- Click on the link of ‘Online Application’.
- Fill the form and pay the application fee of INR 400 (INR 200 for SC/ST/ PWD) by Credit/ Debit card or through Net-Banking.
- Take the printout of duly filled form and retain it for future purpose.
