- MBBS / BDS securing at least 55% marks or BVSc / B.Pharmacy / Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4 years 6 months course)/ BSc degree (minimum 3 years) securing at least 60% marks from a recognized university for Medical MSc courses.
- BSc degree in Perfusion Technology / BSc in life Sciences with Physics as a subject or equivalent from recognized University for MSc in Perfusion Technology.
- MPH admissions take place in two sessions January / July.

- For Post Basic Degree in Nursing an Indian Nursing Council Recognized B.Sc. Nursing Degree / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with one year clinical experience / Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with State Nursing Council, or equivalent.
- In case of reserved category candidates relaxation of 5% marks.
AIIMS Rishikesh PG Selection Criteria
- The minimum cut off shall be 50th percentile for all PG Courses in the competitive entrance test as a condition of eligibility for all candidates.
- Admission to MPH / MHA / MBA HCA - MHA program will be on the basis of written entrance test and personal interview / departmental assessment.Candidates clearing written entrance test would be eligible to appear for a personal interview.
- Admissions to MSc / Post Basic Nursing courses will be based on merit of AIIMS Entrance Examination while MS / MD / MDS will be through NEET PG scores.
- Reservation rules as per the norms of Govt. Of India.
- Selected candidates will be paid stipend of INR 15000 per month for Post Basic Nursing.
How to Apply for NEET PG ?
- Online submission of application form for NEET-PG 2021 for admission to MD / MS / MDS courses for the 2021 academic session is available at NEET-PG website www.nbe.edu.in.
- Fill the registration form for obtaining User ID and Password.
- User ID and Password will be sent through SMS and Email ID.
- Fill the application form with information such as personal details, educational qualification etc.
- Upload your photograph & signature.Choose your Test City.
- Submission of prescribed exam fee of INR 2750 for SC / ST / PWD (PH) candidates and INR 3750 for General / OBC candidates should be remitted through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks in India or through Internet banking.
- Take a print out of the filled Application form with Transaction ID printed on it and preserve hard copy of application form for future reference.
AIIMS Rishikesh Doctorate Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a degree in MD / MS / DNB from a University recognized by MCI in respective discipline to apply for doctorate courses.
- Relaxation of 5% Marks for reserved category candidates.
- Candidates who are permanent employees of the Institution (Central Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous organization) can also apply.
- Candidates must be not more than 35 years of age as on 01st July 2021 relaxable for OBC Candidates by a maximum of 3 years and in case of SC/ST candidates by a maximum of 5 years.
AIIMS Rishikesh Doctorate Selection Criteria
- Admissions for Doctorate courses are made through merit in written examination & interview conducted by the institute.
- Permanent employees will have to provide a certificate at time of submission of synopsis from employer stating that in event of selection to PhD course Candidate will be granted for a minimum period of 02 year study leave with full pay and permission to work at AIIMS Rishikesh to pursue full time PhD Course

AIIMS Rishikesh Counselling Process 2022
- Counselling for admission shall be held in Physical form at AIIMS, Rishikesh,
- In first and Second Round Counselling :
- In each category the number of candidates for counselling will be up to 8 times the number of total seats.
- The order of counselling will be General / ST / SC / OBC.
- The counselling will be done strictly by a combined merit list starting from Rank No. 1.
- In Final Open Round of counselling :
- All the candidates having 50th Percentile marks shall be eligible.
- In case, during the open counselling any ST Seat remains vacant then this vacant seat shall be made available SC category candidate and vice versa and even after doing this, if any SC / ST seat remains vacant then this vacant seat shall be made available to the eligible General Category candidate.
- Spot Counselling :
- If seats are vacant after open counselling, the seats will be filled by spot counselling at the AIIMS Rishikesh & information will be given in the newspaper & will also be displayed on the website of AIIMS Rishikesh.
- The date will be decided later on, if required.
- Candidates will not be allowed to attend open counselling without the production of print of registration Slip issued for open counselling at the time of online registration.
- Candidates should bring the documents in Original along with one set of self Attested copies of the at the time of verification of original documents as per schedule in respect of successful candidates:

- Application fee for Candidates will be INR 1500 and for reserved category candidates will be INR 1200 for undergraduate / postgraduate / diploma / certificate course.
- Application fee for Internal Candidates will be INR 5000 and for External Candidates will be INR 1000 for Doctorate course.
For Foreign National Candidates:
- 5% seats shall be reserved for Foreign National Candidates & OCI.
- Foreign nationals are required to send their Registration Slip of Online application through Diplomatic Channel.
- They are also required to appear in Competitive Entrance Examination along with other candidates.
- However, foreign national candidates are exempted from appearing in the entrance examination for MSc Courses.
- An ‘Advance Copy’ to be submitted at AIIMS, Rishikesh before the last date of online registration.
- However application of all such candidates will be processed only after receipt of the same through Diplomatic Channel
