- Hostel: AIIMS Jodhpur provides single-seated hostel facilities. There are a total of 250 rooms in the boy’s hostel and 125 rooms in the girls hostel. The hostels are fully equipped and furnished with all the amenities. To make students comfortable, the hostels include a dining hall, a mess, a recreational area, etc.
- Guest House: AIIMS Jodhpur provides guest house facilities for the parents of students and other dignitaries who might be visiting the campus. The guest house has a total of 13 rooms out of which 3 are suites, 8 double beds, and 2 single-bed rooms.
