The Institute aims to impart quality education to its students in order to prepare them to face global challenges. Below mentioned are the courses offered by the Institute:

Undergraduate Courses

BBA: The program is designed to provide knowledge and skills, both functional and integrative, in the field of business. Also, to develop a student’s views and outlook on leadership, entrepreneurship, and ethics. The curriculum has been carefully structured by expert academicians and industry leaders. It seeks to inculcate the most essential theoretical and practical skills which would help in the overall development of the students.
B.Com: The broad objective of this course is to impart quality education and training to the students in the field of commerce. The course primarily focused upon on decision-making, management of day to day administrative operations and technology within the business arena. The course is a blend which fully equips students with both theoretical and practical exposure for the professional and commercial environment.
BCA: The program is designed on Mathematical Foundation and Fundamentals of Computer Applications to help students to get familiar with the modern computing techniques. Students will get familiarity with the computers and computing facilities including the techniques to use different office management software systems.

Eligibility for UG Courses:

Intermediate or equivalent examination from any stream or subjects.
For General and Other Backward Classes, candidates must secure at least 50% of marks and 45% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes

Postgraduate Course

MBA: The program is designed to develop an understanding of the diverse and rapidly changing global business environment which enables students to analyze, evaluate and apply decision-making techniques using both quantitative and qualitative analysis at all the levels of the business to acknowledge and counter management issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students must have passed Bachelors’ degree course of three years minimum duration from any recognized Indian University or its equivalent recognized by AIU. Students appearing in the final year examination of a bachelor’s degree can also apply.
For General and Other Backward Classes, candidates must secure at least 50% of marks(Graduation) and 45% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Sri Sharda Group of Institutions Facilities

Classrooms: The institute has spacious and fully air-conditioned lecture halls to facilitate the excellent learning-teaching process. Not only this, it has modern audio-visual systems including OHP, LCD Projectors and internet connection. Each lecture hall accommodates 60 students.
Library: The college library maintains a very high standard with a total of 5000 books. It includes a variety of excellent books in various areas. It subscribes to Journals on HR, Finance, Marketing & other Science & Arts subjects. The collection also includes back volumes of Journals, Magazines, Career guidance books and News bulletins about employment.
Hostel: The rooms of the hostel are allotted on the basis of “First Come, First Serve”. It is available only for the outstation candidates. The hostel has 20 well furnished spacious rooms which can accommodate 40 students. Two students are allowed to share one room.
Conference Halls: The Institute has fully equipped conference hall with audio and video aids which provides appropriate environmental training to the students for corporate culture. It also provides the right environment and ambiance for national & international programs, seminars, and conferences.
Faculty: The faculty of the institute stands as its own pride as they are highly qualified and well-experienced people. Not only the theoretical concepts or the lessons of the academics they will explain various other segments that are extremely useful in many instances.

The training and placement cell at SSGI maintains and nurtures the Academia-Industry Interaction. It is sensitized to function throughout the year towards generating placement opportunities for the students. The cell keeps inviting various reputed companies for campus recruitment at the Institute for our students. The cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process and makes arrangement for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions. Reputed corporate houses across the country visit our institute regularly for the campus recruitment drives.

GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES

For admission in BBA, candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in any subject from any recognised Board.
B.Com admission requires candidates to have scored at least 40% marks in 10+2 in Commerce stream.
Selection of candidates in both these courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the institute along with the merit of the qualifying examination.
For MBA, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any subject with 50% marks from any recognised University/ Institution.
Final selection of candidates is based on the score of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT, followed by GD and PI.
