Arka Jain University Jamshedpur Admission
All the admissions into the UG, PG, Ph.D. courses are done primarily dependent on merit-based scores secured by the candidates in the qualifying degree or exam.
Candidate can apply for this University through offline and online mode whichever is possible and both modes are applicable for any course opted by the candidates.
Application Procedure:
- Those willing for the offline mode application have to collect the admission form and prospectus by paying INR 600 at the admission office of the University in person.
- After taking the application form, fill in the details properly and correctly, and attach the necessary documents.
- After that submit the duly filled form with all necessary documents.
- 1st installment of fees should be deposited via demand draft/card/ online payment.
- Those willing for online mode applications have to download the form from the official website of the University and fill that by paying Rs. 650 online.
- Then, the candidate has to visit the admission office with a duly filled form and submit all necessary documents to that office.
- Once documents are verified by the University admission officer, payment of 1st installment should be done with any feasible mode of payment.
Like other universities, this University also has an active training and placement cell which keeps contacting and approaching companies to visit the campus for training and placement drives. The corporate relations team of the University is maintaining a good relationship with a variety of industries & sectors in different sections. Scholarship
Arka Jain University offers various scholarships for UG and PG students on the basis of academics, sports, score/rank in entrance exam, early decision benefit, etc. Given below are the details for the same:
- Academic Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to students who have shown great academic performance. Students of all undergraduate, postgraduate and polytechnic courses can apply.
- Eligibility: Students of polytechnic and PG Courses need to score an aggregate of 70% in all subjects. For UG Students English + best 3 subjects are taken into account.
- Duration: One time applicable

- Sports Scholarship: Students who have taken part at state, national or international level can apply for this scholarship.

Note: Candidates who have represented Association of School for Indian School Certificate in the last 2 years from year of admission are eligible for 10% of 1st year fee as a one time scholarship.
Criteria for Sports Scholarship
- State Level: Members of champions or runners up team and those attaining first three positions in individuals discipline/ events organized by the directorate of sports Jharkhand state government.
- National Level: Members of winners and runners up team and those attaining first three positions in individuals discipline/events in national level competitions organized by the school games federation of India, national sports federation, sports authority of India, all India University sports control board shall be eligible for the scholarship.
- International Level: Scholarship shall be awarded in the Olympic events only.
- Age Limit:19 yrs for school level (as on 31st March of the performance year) 22yrs for College level (as on 31st March of the performance year)
- Tournament / Championship: Tournament /championship conducted by the Committee / Organization which is duly recognized by the International Olympic Committee will only be considered such as World Championship / Commonwealth Championship/ Asian Championship.
Note: A student who is the recipient of a sports scholarship by any other agencies of the central / state government will not be eligible to receive this scholarship.
- Scholarship based on performance at National level entrance test/AJUCET : Students of Polytechnic, B.Tech, B.Pharma and MBA can apply for this scholarship.

- If a candidate scores more than 95% in AJUCET for admission to B.Tech, they are eligible for 100% tuition waiver which is equal to INR 57,000.

- Alumni Scholarship: Any student passing out from Jain College Jamshedpur/ Arka Jain University, Jharkhand are considered alumni and will be offered a scholarship of 10% of the 1st year fees of the course in which the student takes admission. This scholarship however does not apply for Ph.D enrollment.
Terms and Conditions
- Students can apply for scholarships in any of the above schemes whichever is higher.
- No student may hold more than ONE scholarship at a time.
- Scholarship is not transferable.
- In case of percentage rounding off will not be considered. . In all categories, the scholarship is applicable one time only in the 1st year fees and scholarship amount will be waived off from the 2nd.
- semester fees. In case the scholarship amount is more than the semester Fee then it will be adjusted in the third semester Fee.
- AJUSC decision will be final in any of the scholarships availed.
- Scholarship is applicable for only newly admitted students batch 2020 and lateral admission incase of Alumni pass out.
- Apart from Alumni all lateral admission are not entitled to any above-mentioned scholarship.
