Sardar Patel University of Police Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur was established under State Legislative Assembly Act of Government of Rajasthan to provide education in the field of Police, Social Sciences, Criminal justice, Public Safety and Security and other related areas. Sh. Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, laid the foundation stone of the university. The university offers Master Degree Programmes in Cyber Security, Gender Studies and Applied Criminology.

The university also offers integrated program in Social Science. There will be a written entrance test to take admission in the university’s courses. The university has various centres for different studies namely, Centre for Gender Studies & Social Defence, Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, Centre for Road Safety, Centre for Economic Offence, Centre for Cyber Security and Centre for Police Studies etc.

SPUP admission 2022 is open for UG, PG and Ph.D. courses. Admissions to UG courses will be done through CUET UG. CUET UG 2022 result is out now. Candidates who appeared in the entrance examination can check and download the scorecard by visiting the official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in. The admission process and counselling for CUET-qualified candidates will begin soon. Further, CUET PG 2022 exam concluded on September 11, and results for the same will be announced soon.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 from any stream with 55% marks are eligible to apply for BA courses.
Candidates who are B.Tech graduates in Computer Science / Electronics and Communication / Information Technology or MCA graduates with a B.Sc. Mathematics degree or BCA degree or M.Sc. in Computer Science graduates are eligible to apply for the M.Tech course.
Candidates who have a three years LLB degree or five years of integrated LLB with 55% marks degree are eligible to apply for the LLM course.
Graduates from any discipline with 55% marks are eligible to apply for the M.A. and M.Sc. courses.
Relaxation of 5% marks to the SC, ST and Physically Handicapped categories.
Admission to all the courses will be done on the basis of performance in CUCET.

Sardar Patel University of Police Security and Criminal Justice offers the LLM / MA course in Criminal Law at the PG level. The course has a total intake of 20 students, with 10 students each for LLM and MA.

Applicants to the LLM course must have completed the three years LLB or five years integrated LLB course with 55% marks in the qualifying examination. Applicants to the MA course must have completed graduation from any discipline with 55% marks.
