MANIT Bhopal also known as NIT Bhopal, is a public technical university established in 1960, as Maulana Azad College of Technology (MACT). The institute has secured the 70th rank in the engineering category amongst the top engineering colleges of India by NIRF 2022.
The institute offers various UG (B.Tech, B.plan, B.Arch) and PG courses (MBA, MCA, M.Tech, and M.Plan), and research programs (Ph.D.). B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is the flagship course of MANIT Bhopal. Admissions to the program are done through the JEE Main entrance test followed by JoSAA counseling. The JEE Main cutoff for CSE at MANIT Bhopal ranges between 5708 and 6509.
