About MNIT Jaipur
Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) is an MHRD and AICTE approved University established in 1963. MNIT secured 46th position in Engineering as released by NIRF 2022. MNIT Jaipur has 16 departments and allied centres for Architecture, Engineering, and Management. The university is mainly known for Engineering and offers various courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, M.Plan and many more in various specializations.

Admission to these courses is based on the basis of the marks scored in Entrance exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, GATE, CMAT/ CAT/MAT respectively. MNIT Jaipur Courses and Fees
MNIT Jaipur offers courses at the UG, PG, and PhD level such as BTech, MBA, MTech, MPla, MSc, BArch, and PhD. Minimum eligibility required for admission is 50% aggregate marks in previous qualifying examination. At the UG level, MNIT Jaipur admits students on the basis of JEE Main rank followed by JoSSA counselling. Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) is a Public University located in Jaipur, India which was founded in the year of 1963. The Institute is fully funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, and is governed by a Senate as per NIT Statutes.

The popular and flagship program of MNIT Jaipur is its 2 years long completely full-time MBA program which is offered across 5 different specializations. Admission to the MBA Programme at MNIT Jaipur is done via the CAT entrance scores followed by the GD and PI rounds conducted by the institute itself.

Also, the official dates for the CAT 2021 exam have been announced and the exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 28, 2021. The registered candidates can download their admit cards from October 27, 2021, onwards.

MNIT Jaipur M.Tech, M.Plan & M.Sc Admission 2022
At the postgraduate level, MNIT offers Postgraduate programs that award Master of Technology (M.Tech) in various disciplines and Master of Urban Planning (M.Plan) degrees to the aspirants. At postgraduate level, MNIT also offers an M.Sc program. All of the courses at the postgraduate level are offered for a duration period of two years.

MNIT M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Plan Eligibility Criteria
To be considered eligible in M.Tech, the candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc. in relevant specializations and must have secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates.

For M.Plan, candidate must have passed B.Arch, B.Plan, Bachelor in Town Planning, Bachelor in Transportation Planning, Bachelor in Urban Planning, Bachelor in Town & Country Planning, BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology to be considered eligible.

Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Science with at least 55% marks in aggregate are eligible for admission to B.Sc program.

MNIT M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Plan Selection Criteria
Admission to M.Plan and M.Tech is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, work experience and Interview/Test followed by CCMT counselling.

M.Sc admissions are granted on the basis of a valid score in IIT JAM. Candidates with valid IIT JAM score are eligible to participate in Centralized Counselling for admission into M.Sc. programs (CCMN).
