Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, also known as MPUAT Udaipur, is a state university established in 1999 by Rajasthan Agricultural University. MPUAT is accredited by ICAR, recognized by AICTE and affiliated to Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The institute offers various graduates, postgraduates, doctoral level courses in Agriculture, Fisheries, Dairy and Food, Engineering and Technology.
MPUAT awards bachelor’s degree in 13 disciplines, master’s degree in 27 specialization subjects and doctor’s degree in 25 specializations. Admissions are both entrance and merit-based followed by counselling and interview and the application process is both online and offline

MPUAT, Udaipur Admissions
Admissions are based on merit in the last qualified exam as well as merit in the entrance exam.
For admission to B.Tech programs, 10+2 from Rajasthan board or any reputed board is basic eligibility. They also qualified the cut off score of the Entrance Exam ICAR AIEEA/ JEE Mains or JET.
Admission in B.Sc, B.F.Sc and M.F.Sc are based on the merit score achieved in the last exam followed by the interview. The candidate must qualify 10+2 with the required subject.
Admissions to M.Tech are based on the GATE Exam and 50% aggregate in BE/ B.Tech.
For MBA admissions, internal examinations followed by GD and PI is the selection criteria.
For Ph.D, the candidate must have cleared UGC-NET/JRF/SET and depend on the pre-qualified examination.

Candidates must fill the admission application form either online or offline.
Candidates can fill the online form through the official website of MPUAT and the fees of the online registration form will be submitted through online mode.
Candidates can also fill the registration form offline and the form will be submitted in the college within specified duration.
Once the acceptance of the form is closed, no form will be accepted at any cost.

MPUAT, Udaipur Results

MPUAT offers a great learning environment to the students to prepare themselves for various internships and placements. As a portion of the internship curriculum, the learners are provided information as per requirements of the Industry. Though college itself doesn’t provide wide opportunities in terms of placements but the teachers encourage the students and help them to prepare for big companies.

Hostels: There are a total of 10 hostels including 2 hostels for female students and are separate for PG and UG students. Every hostel has been equipped with a common room, hostel library, color TV, chattels for guests room, indoor games room, etc.
Library: The institute provides library facilities to their students and staff members. There are about more than 20,000 books of different domains for students. There are a lot of research papers, journals and e-books are also available in the library.
Sports: The conventional sports & games exercises of the Colleges has performed all attempts to improve their sports foundation and equipment. It organized various events related to sports to encourage the students to participate.

GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES
MUPAT Admissions 2022 are both merit and entrance-based. The university offers a wide variety of courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Admission to the MUPAT BTech program is offered via either JEE Mains or ICAR AIEEA or JET entrance exams as per the specializations. However, admission to other UG courses such as B.Sc and B.F.Sc is based on the merits obtained by the students in the JET exam.
Besides, admission to the MUPAT MTech program is done through the GATE scores. However, selection to the other postgraduates courses such as MSc, MBA, and M.F.Sc, the university considers the merits of Pre-PG test, entrance test along with personal interview and merits of last qualifying entrance examination along with interview round respectively. Additionally, MUPAT also offers admission to the Ph.D. degree program via the merits and personal interview rounds.

Admission to B.Sc., B.F.Sc. and M.F.Sc. are based on merit followed by a personal interview. No entrance is required, but to be eligible students must have passed 10+2 with the required compulsory subjects or have a bachelor’s in Agriculture respectively.
For admissions to M.Tech students must qualify the GATE exam and must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology with 50% aggregate.
M.Sc. admissions are offered on the basis of scores in Pre PG Test entrance. Based on which a merit list is prepared to offer students admission.
To be eligible for MBA admission, students must appear for an internal entrance exam. Qualifying which, the candidate would be called for a group discussion followed by a personal interview.
Ph.D. admissions depend upon scores obtained in the previous qualifying examination in the relevant discipline. Further shortlisting the candidates for an internal entrance exam followed by personal interview. For direct admission, students must have qualified either UGC-NET/JRF/SET entrance.
