IIMT University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh has been named among the 36 top universities in India in ARIIA 2021 Ranking by the Ministry of Education. The admission in the UG and PG courses is done on the basis of the last qualifying examination merit which would be followed by the Personal Interview and Group Discussion. For the selection of candidates to a PhD, the university conducts an entrance test, followed by selection through personal interviews.
UGC/ JRF-NET/GATE qualified candidates are exempted from taking the University entrance test

Companies are invited inside the campus to give pre-placement from mid-September onwards.
Dates for the campus hiring are decided as per the convenient schedule of the company and academics.
