To make education accessible to all strata of society, Kalgidhar Society awards scholarships to economically weaker and meritorious students in all the programs as per following details:

Minority Community Scholarships:
This is a centrally sponsored scheme to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities (Sikhs, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, & Parsis). These scholarships are awarded through an agency designated by the State Government for this purpose. The scholarships under the following schemes are available to the students belonging to minority communities.
- Merit-cum-Means Scholarships: The scholarship is provided to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities whose parents' income is less than INR 2.5 Lakh per annum.
- Post Matric Scholarships: Students belonging to minority communities whose parents' income is less than INR 2 Lakh per annum are provided this scholarship.
- Maulana Azad National Fellowship: Under this scholarship fellowships are provided to the students belonging to minority communities whose parents' or guardian's income is less than INR 2.5 Lakh per annum, for pursuing higher studies such as M.Phil. And Ph.D.
- Post Matric Scholarship for SC Students:
Under this scheme, Punjab Domicile students belonging to Scheduled Caste are given Scholarship by Punjab Government. To avail the scholarship, the student must belong to the scheduled caste/ scheduled tribe and the annual income of student's family must not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh.
- Post Matric Scholarship for OBC Students:
This is a centrally sponsored scheme. Under this scheme, Punjab domicile students belonging to the backward classes are given scholarship by Punjab Government. The student must belong to the other Backward Classes and the annual income of student's family must not exceed INR 1 Lakh (BPL).
