GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES

Arunodaya University was established in 2014 in the city of Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh by the State Legislature. The institute is affiliated by the AICTE and approved by the UGC.

Arunodaya University offers admissions to a wide range of degree programs under the discipline of Technology, Science, Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications, Law, Social Work, and etc.

Admission to B.Tech. is offered under 8 specializations, admission to the same is granted on the basis of the marks secured by the candidate in JEE Main. Admission to all the other UG courses such as BA, B.Com, BCA, BLiS and BBA/BMS is done on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the university.

Admission to the LL.B program is granted on the basis of merit.

Arunodaya University offers admission in M.Tech. and MBA under 8 and 13 specializations respectively. Admission to the latter is granted on the basis of CMAT.

Admission to all the PG degree courses such as M.Tech. MA, M.Sc., MLIS, MSW, MMS, MCA and M.Com. is granted on the basis of the candidates performance in the entrance examination. Candidates possessing a valid GATE score are also eligible for admission to M.Tech.

Final selection to all the programs will be done on the basis of performance in the entrance test/personal interview conducted by the college itself and also on scores of national and state level entrance examinations (wherever applicable).

BBA- Candidates who have completed Senior Secondary Examination with CBSE Board or any other recognized board are eligible to apply.

BMS- Minimum Marks Required: 50%. English as a compulsory subject in high school.

Age Limit: The age limit is 22 years for general category and 24 years for reserved category.

Arunodaya University Itanagar PG Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to pursue PG courses at AU are that the candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from any other recognized university with 55% marks or equivalent GPA.

M.Sc.- Candidate done B.Sc. in relevant subject or Suitable combination with minimum of 45% Marks (40% for reserved categories) is eligible

MLIS- A minimum of 50%-60% marks in aggregate in Bachelor's degree is required.. Candidates can apply for this course within an age limit of 20-22 years.

Candidates with a graduation degree in Bachelor of Library and Information Science and Bachelor of Library Science will be preferred more.

MMS- The minimum eligibility to undertake the MMS course is to have a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies or its equivalent courses.

MCA- A BCA degree is essential for admission to an MCA program

MSW- A candidate who has secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in B.S.W. / B.A. degree under a recognised university has the required MSW course eligibility.

How to Apply for Arunodaya University?

  • Candidates who want to apply for the Arunodaya University can apply it online at the college website by filling the application form.
  • If the candidate is not able to apply it online, then they can download the application form and need to fill it and send it. With the application form candidates need to attach the required documents and the Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1000 and send it to the college.

  • For some courses, admission is based on the application form and the previous results of the candidate, and for some courses you need to appear for the entrance exam.
