Siksha 'O' Anusandhan College Confirmation Test (SAAT) is a public level test led by Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) College for induction into different undergrad (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses.

Eligibility for SAAT
Before beginning the online application process, applicants must verify their eligibility, which varies by course.Candidates must first meet the participating universities' minimum academic requirements in order to be eligible to take the SAAT exam and then be admitted to the desired course.Each course's eligibility requirements are as follows:

Application for SAAT
The application for SAAT can be found on the SAAT's official website.The steps needed to submit an online application successfully are as follows:
• Go to the university's official website, soauniversity.ac.in. Under the "Admission" tab, click on "SAAT Application Form." The candidate will then be required to fill out all of the required information, including the candidate's name, father's and mother's names, date of birth, category, gender, correspondence address, mobile number, email ID, all academic details, course selection, and examination center. The candidate will then be required to carefully review the application form before clicking on the
• There is no application fee to pay.
• The candidate must then upload their picture and signature.
• After that, the completed form needs to be sent in and downloaded.
• In the event that a candidate wishes to apply for more than one program, a separate application form must be filled out. The candidate will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the application form on his or her email address and mobile number.
Admit Card for SAAT
• The candidate will receive the admit card directly on his or her registered email address approximately one month prior to the examination date.
• For the purpose of verification, candidates will be required to bring a valid identity document and a copy of their admit card with them to the examination center.
• The admissions procedure must be completed before the admit card can be used.
Only candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and have submitted their applications by the deadline will receive admit cards or hall tickets from the conducting authority. These documents include the following information:
i. Name of candidate
ii. Photograph and signature of candidate
iii. Address of candidate
iv. Address of examination centre
v. Time of examination
vi. List of valid identity proofs
vii. Candidates must carefully go through admit card and any discrepancies must be immediately reported to the Director, Admissions
viii. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without in possession of hall ticket
SAAT Exam Pattern
Candidates will get a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete SAAT . It will comprise 120 questions, all of which will be objective type
• All 120 questions will be MCQs
• Number of sections in test paper will depend on the course selected by candidate.
• Number of sections will vary with every program
• Therefore, the number of questions in each section will also vary with course selected
• Questions will be asked only in English language
• SAAT will only be conducted in online mode
• Candidate will have to click on one of the four answers given for each question
• Candidate will be given 4 marks for each correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
• No negative marking will be done for questions not attempted by candidates

SAAT Result
SAAT Results will be announced in the month of June/July by the exam conducting body. The result will be declared in the form of a scorecard. SOA will only publish the result online on its official website – soauniversity.ac.in. Candidates can view and download their result through the following steps:
• Visit the official website of SOA - http://www.soauniversity.ac.in/
• Under the ‘Admission’ tab, click on ‘SAAT Result’
• Enter Application Number and Roll Number as filled in the application form
• Click ‘Submit’ tab
• The result will appear on the screen
• Candidates must download and take a print out of result for future references
Subsequent to the declaration of result, merit list will be prepared by SOA on the basis of marks secured by candidates. Each qualified candidate will obtain a rank card, which will be sent to him/her by email.
SAAT Counselling
Candidates will be called for counselling on the basis of merit lists prepared, depending on the marks secured by him/her. Candidates will have to exercise a branch selection process through online mode
• Counselling process will take place at the campus of SOA
• Candidates will obtain counseling letters and rank cards through email
• Counselling process will involve the selection of courses and colleges by candidates in order of preferences
• On the basis of the above selections and merit list, candidates will be allotted seats
