BUMAT

Candidates applying to the BBA and BCA programs offered by the university and its affiliated colleges took the BUMAT  exam. On the university's official website, bvuniversty.in, the BUMAT  results have been posted.By logging in with their email address and mobile phone number, candidates can view their results. selected candidates will be required to attend BUMAT  Counseling.

Eligibility for BUMAT  

Bharati Vidyapeeth University will establish the BUMAT  eligibility criteria.Before applying for the exam, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements.The conditions that will occur for BUMAT  are listed below:
Qualifications: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Academic Requirements: Candidates for the BBA/BCA program must have completed the HSC (10+2) or an equivalent exam from a statutory board in India.General and OBC (NCL and Non-NCL) applicants must earn 45% and SC/ST applicants 40% in order to be considered for the test.
Candidates for the qualifying exam (10+2 or an equivalent) are also eligible for BUMAT , provided they present the necessary documentation at the time of admission to prove their eligibility.
Age: The conducting body does not set an age limit for BUMAT  applicants.

Reservation for BUMAT  

•       There is no caste-based reservation for seats in BUMAT -participating institutions. Instead, seats are filled based on merit.However, certain seats have been reserved for foreign students and members of the armed forces.
•       Sons and daughters of migrants from Jammu and Kashmir and members of the armed forces and civil service who are involved in the fight against terrorism in this region will be given priority for an additional seat above the approved intake.These candidates are required to take the BUMAT  exam.
•       Under the Foreign/NRI/PIO/Institutional Quota Merit Category, 15% of seats have been reserved.

BUMAT  Application Form

 The BUMAT  Application Form can only be obtained online until June 15,  (Extended).These simple steps can be used to fill out the online application form:
•       Registration Create login credentials by taking the exam. Click on "BUMAT  Registration" and enter personal information like your name, date of birth, and email address. Upon successful registration, you will receive a user ID and password generated by BUMAT.
•       Complete the Application Form Sign in with the credentials that BUMAT has given to you.After that, students will be required to complete the application.The following is a list of the information that must be included on the application form:
•       Personal Information Contact Information Information About Parents Information About Education Information Upload Documents The candidate's signature and a recent, passport-size photograph should be uploaded as the next step.Candidates are required to upload their documents in accordance with the conducting authority's requirements.
•       Upload the photograph and signatures after providing the necessary information.
•       Select the scanned image by clicking the "browse" button.
•       Click "proceed" after submitting the documents in the designated location.

Payment of the Application Fee

•       To finish the application process, use a credit or debit card or Net Banking to pay the INR 1200 application fee.A demand draft in the amount of INR 1000 must be submitted by a candidate who wishes to pay the application fee in person.The application fee is the same for all categories, and there is no reservation-based discount.
•       Print Confirmation Form A confirmation form will be produced following the completion of the previous steps.Make a copy of it and save it for later use.
•       BUMAT  Admit Card The BUMAT admit card is only accessible after you have finished the registration process.
•       Along with the complete address, the document contains information like the allotted test center and roll number.
•       No candidate will be admitted to the exam without their admit card, which is an essential document.
•       A day before the test, candidates must contact the CET Office of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, if they do not receive their BUMAT  Admit Card.
•       Along with proof of submitting the BUMAT  application form, the candidate is required to bring two copies of the photographs uploaded during registration.

BUMAT  Exam Pattern

•       The purpose of BUMAT is to determine an applicant's capacity for critical understanding of the subject and problem-solving based on prior knowledge.
•       Offline mode is used for the exam.On an OMR sheet, aspirants will be required to record their responses.
•       The language of instruction is English, and the test will last 150 minutes.
•       The question paper has 200 objective-type questions and four possible answers.
•       There is no negative marking for any response that is correct.
•       There will be four sections on the BUMAT  question paper: numerical ability, reasoning/logical ability, verbal ability, and reading comprehension.
•       The reading comprehension section will have 20 questions, while the other three sections will each have 60 questions.

BUMAT  syllabus

The BUMAT  syllabus tests candidates' problem-solving abilities, knowledge application, time management abilities, and task orientation.Class 12th (10+2) or an equivalent qualifying exam is required.The following is the BUMAT syllabus for each section:

Aptitude with numbers: 60 questions 

 This will assess the candidate's ability to work with numbers and perform numerical calculations.In addition to data interpretation, questions will be asked about ratio and proportion.The level of study in mathematics will be equivalent to 10th grade or higher.

Aptitude for logic and reasoning:60 questions

This will test the aspirant's ability to understand the situation without getting lost and to read between the lines.There will be questions about series, missing links, figures, and abstract reasoning.

Ability to speak:60 questions 

This will assess the candidate's English language proficiency.There will be questions about synonyms, antonyms, vocabulary, grammar, expressions, phrases, and sentence completion.

Comprehension of the Book:20 questions

 The candidate's comprehension of the passages and ability to answer questions based on them will be evaluated in this section.

BUMAT  Result 

The BUMAT  Result will be posted on the university's official website and in each participating institute.To check your BUMAT Result, follow the beneath steps:
•       Sign on to bvuniversity.edu.in.
•       Click on the "BUMAT  Result" option under the "Admission" heading.
•       Enter your roll number after selecting your course.
•       For subsequent admission rounds, applicants must print the result, which will be displayed.
•       All participating institutes' combined merit lists are released together.
•       The Foreign/NRI/PIO/Institutional Quota Merit category and Indian nationals are each given their own merit list.
•       Names of qualified candidates arranged by rank are included on the merit list.
•       It will include the combined BBA/BCA program results.At the time of counseling, aspirants must choose which program they want to attend.
•       Officials at Bharati Vidyapeeth University do not announce the cut-off scores and instead use the merit list to select qualified applicants for counseling.

BUMAT  Counseling

 Following the announcement of the merit list, the respective institutes conduct the counseling process.
•       Candidates will be invited to counseling based on their merit ranking, at which point they will be offered a seat in the institute and course of their choice.
•       Aspirants will be presented with a combined merit list for the BBA and BCA programs, and they will be able to select the program they want to take during counseling.
•       At the respective institutes, BUMAT counseling and an on-the-spot admissions session will be held.
•       The following steps will be taken during the counseling process:
•       The counseling session will take place at the participating institutions on the date and time that have been set.
•       After examining their certificates, candidates will be given seats based on their merit.
•       If a student is unable to attend counseling on the specified date, he or she may send a representative along with the necessary documents and a properly signed authority letter.
•       The applicant must pay the required fees at the time of counseling if he wishes to accept the seat; otherwise, his admission will be canceled and the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
