ACJ Entrance Exam

•       Students must successfully fill out and submit the application form in order to take the entrance exam.
•       Students can get the form either online or offline. Before taking the entrance exam, students must download their admit card from the college's official website by entering their registered email address and password, which will be available after the registration process is successful.

Eligibility for the ACJ Entrance Exam 

Students must verify their eligibility prior to taking the entrance exam. The candidature will be disqualified if the eligibility requirements did not meet. The following are the eligibility requirements:
•       Candidates must be citizens of India, be at least 30 years old, 
•       and hold a bachelor's degree in any field. 
•       Those who are still waiting for their degree exam results are also eligible for ACJ admission, but they must provide their degree certificate by the end of February.
•       Within the first week of classes starting, students should give the Registrar their degree certificate.

The application form can be filled out by students either online or offline.The college's official website will offer an online application form.On the other hand, you can download the offline application form from the college's official website.The following is an explanation of each mode:

Online Mode

•       Go to the official Asian Media website. On the home page, look for the link for the application form. Click on the ACJ Application form link. Once the application form is filled out, students must pay the application fee of INR 1500 through the payment gateway.
•       The application fee for Business and Financial Journalism is INR 2500, and those who complete the form must pay it.
•       Students can use a credit card, debit card, or net banking to pay the fees for the online application.
•       The completed application form and two passport-sized photographs (25mm x 35mm) must be sent by students to the following address.

Offline Mode 

•       To download an offline application form, students must visit Asian Media's official website. After filling out the form, students must send it along with their application fees to the address below.
•       Demand Draft must be used to pay for the offline application fees. The direct deposit should be made payable in Chennai to "Media Development Foundation."
•       On the reverse side of the DD, the candidate's full name and address should be written.

ACJ Entrance Exam  Exam Pattern

The following is the ACJ Entrance Exam  Pattern for the PG Diploma in Journalism and PG Diploma in BFJ courses:
•       Pattern of the PG Diploma in Journalism Entrance Exam There are two sessions to the entrance exam: morning and afternoon.
•       The pattern for the entrance exam is broken up into two parts, part one and part two.
•       In the first part, the student's performance is evaluated based on their English Language Proficiency. In the second part, the student's awareness of current events and general knowledge of the candidate are evaluated.
•       The first part of the exam takes 2 hours to complete, while the second part takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
•       In this BFJ course, questions will be asked about English language proficiency, current events, general knowledge, and fundamental math.
•       Candidates will be required to write a 200-word essay on a given topic in response to a question.

ACJ Entrance Exam  Syllabus

ACJ Entrance Exam  Syllabus will not be specified by the college. Asian College of Journalism's official website informs that 60%-65% of questions asked in the Part B entrance exam paper comprise questions related to current affairs of the past year. After knowing the syllabus, students can clear the entrance examination with better marks. Applicants are advised not to leave any of the topics from the syllabus. The ACJ Entrance Exam  Result 

The results of the ACJ Entrance Exam will be released on May 23, The names of those who were shortlisted for admission will be displayed on the college's official website in response to the result. The first installment of tuition must be paid by students who have been selected for admission on the date and time specified by the ACJ admission council. The ACJ entrance exam results are also sent to the registered email address of the candidates.
Students can view the results of the ACJ entrance exam by following the steps below:
•       Search for ACJ PGD Result on the college's official website.
•       Enter the required information, such as the Registration Number and Password, and click the Submit button.
•       The result will appear on the screen after you click the button.
•       The result is available for students to download and print for future reference.

Counseling for the ACJ Entrance Exam 

All students who pass the ACJ Entrance Exam will be called for counseling. Otherwise, the seat will be given to other candidates. Students must be physically present at counseling. The Personal Interview phase of counseling is followed by the Group Discussion phase.
The Asian College of Journalism will contact students for an interview as scheduled. At the time of counseling, students are required to bring the following list of documents for verification:
