Saroj Institute of Technology and Management (SITM), Lucknow was established in the year 2001. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

The institute is well focused on providing the best engineering education to its students through the dedication of their well-qualified faculty and provision of well-equipped modern labs. SITM offers various multi-disciplinary courses at UG and PG level. Admission to same is done on the basis of UPSEE.

The campus is equipped with modern Workshop, Laboratories and Library. Highest standards of education and discipline are maintained in the prominence. With the team effort of students and faculty members, the institute is growing rapidly towards its aim. The campus has lush green lawns, a pollution free environment which makes the place favorable to study with ease in the lap of nature.

The institute imparts education in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of Management, Pharmacy and Engineering. There are three courses at UG level namely- B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral) and B.Pharm. While the list of PG courses consists of M.Tech, MBA, M.Pharm and MCA. SITM also offers 3 years full-time diploma program in two specializations i.e. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management Admission
To be eligible for admission to UG programs, applicants should have passed class 12 with minimum 50% marks from UP board or any other reputed board. Those seeking admission to PG courses must have a graduate degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management Admission is done on the basis of UPSEE. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their performance in UPSEE are only considered for admission process.

NOTE: Applicants who wish to apply for admission to M.Tech program need to appear for GATE. 75 percentile in GATE is mandatory for admission.

Library – SITM has a well-furnished library with a huge collection of books, volumes, journals etc. The library with the area of 12000sq feet is capable of accommodating around 250 students at a time. It’s fully linked to intranet and fully Centralized Air-Conditional.

Seminars – Seminars & debates are regularly organized in the campus on current topics and technologies. Paper presentation is held on the regular basis and is regular feature of life at SITM. Respective departments manage the seminars.

Magazine – Srijan- It is a reflection of research work going on in the department. This magazine is the regular part of SITM. The magazine contains diverse technical articles from alumni, faculty members, research scholars and students. This magazine also contains the abstract of papers published in national and international journals.

GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES

The minimum requirement for UG courses is a pass in 10+2 with 45% marks.
A Bachelor’s degree with 45% marks is required for MBA and MCA courses. 
For admission into M.Tech and MCA course, students must have passed graduation with 60% marks.
Admission to UG, MBA and MCA are based on UPSEE score. 
Candidates can secure admission in M.Tech. and M.Pharma. based on GATE exam
75 percentile in GATE is mandatory for admission.
Shortlisted candidates need to appear in the UPSEE Counselling.
The final selection is done on the basis of the counselling process.
