The "Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test" or AP DEECET is its common name. Students who intend to enroll in a two-year Diploma in Education at Government District Institutions in Andhra Pradesh are required to pass this exam.

AP DEECET Result
The Andhra Pradesh School of Education Department will publish the results on its official website.The only way for students to check the result is online. To check the results,
• go to the Government of Andhra Pradesh School of Education Department's official website.
• Look for the Result link on the homepage
• . Enter the Hall Ticket Number there.
• After you click the button that says "submit," the result will come up on the screen
• .It is recommended that students print out the results for future reference. Candidates' names, marks, roll numbers, exam centers, and other information will be displayed in the result.
AP DEECET Counselling
The counseling round in AP DEECET will serve as the basis for the final selection of students. Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for counseling. Only online sessions will be used for counseling. The first week of June will see the beginning of the eligible candidates' counseling (tentatively).
• Candidates will be required to download the AP DEECET Admission letter following the release of the allotment list.
• The Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth can be used to download the Provisional Admission Letter from the Official Website.
• In order to register for counseling, students must follow the steps listed below:
• AP DEECET's official website can be found here.
• Search for and select the Web Counseling Process-related link.
• Fill out the college selection form by registering, and then use the payment gateway to pay for the counseling.
• The AP DEECET seat allocation will then be made public by the conducting board.
• Students who receive a seat in a government college must pay INR 2500 in tuition; students who receive a seat in a private college must pay INR 12500 in tuition. Finally, applicants must report the college to which they were assigned a seat.
AP DEECET Admit Card
The admissions card is a crucial document. Students are prohibited from taking the entrance exam without an admit card.The admit card can only be downloaded by students via the internet.The exam center, name, hall ticket number, exam time, and venue are all included on the admit card.
Students are able to download the admit card by following the steps below:
• AP DEECET: Go to the Government of Andhra Pradesh School of Education Department's official website.
• On the homepage, look for the link that says "Know Your Hall Ticket."
• Click that link, enter the Reference ID or Candidate ID, and then click the "Go" button.
• The admit card will then appear on the screen.
• The admit card can be downloaded by students and kept safe until the admission process is complete.
• In addition, students are required to keep a copy of their admit card in order to take the written exam.
AP DEECET Exam Pattern
Before taking the entrance exam, students must review the pattern. Students can easily get a sense of the type of questions and scoring scheme on the entrance test by solving previous year's papers. Students can score higher on the entrance exam if they are familiar with the pattern.
The AP DEECET examination pattern is as follows:
• The entrance exam for AP DEECET will only be administered online. It will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. The paper will be divided into two parts: Part 1 (common to all) and Part 2 (for the subject of the candidate's choice). Candidates will have two hours and thirty minutes to complete the exam.
• One point will be given for each correct response.
• There is no negative marking for incorrect answers, so students can attempt all questions.
• Questions related to teaching aptitude, general knowledge, English, Telugu, mathematics, general science, and social studies will be asked in Part A.
• Questions from the subjects of mathematics, physical science, biological science, and social studies will be asked in Part B.
• Only Telugu/English, Urdu/English, and Tamil/English will be used for the exam papers.

AP DEECET Syllabus
Before appearing in the entrance examination, students must check the examination syllabus very carefully. Students are advised not to skip any of the topics given in the syllabus to secure better marks. APDEECET entrance examination is divided into two Parts i.e. Part A and Part B.

AP DEECET Eligibility
Students must verify their eligibility before beginning the online application process. The following are the AP DEECET eligibility requirements:
• The student must be an Indian national and have reached the age of 17 by September 1 of the year of admission. There will be no age restriction.
• The candidate must be a resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh and meet the requirements of the Andhra Pradesh State Education Institutions for Local/Non-Local status.
• All interested candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Candidates from the SC/ST/PH category must have received at least 45% of the total marks.
• Admission is not available to students who have completed vocational courses after passing intermediate.
AP DEECET Application Form
After satisfying the eligibility criteria students must fill out the online application form through online mode only. The application process comprises two phases i.e. Filling up Online Application and Application fee payment. Following is a detailed explanation of both phases:
Step 1: Filling up Online Application
• Visit the official website of the Government of Andhra Pradesh School of Education Department
• Students must go through the instructions to fill up the online application form.
• Fill all the details correctly in the application form.
• Upload the scanned photo (30kb - 20kb) and signature (30kb – 15kb1.5 cm) in the required format
• After entering all the details and uploading your photograph and signature, finally click on the Submit button
• Candidates are advised to download and take the printout of the filled-in the application form for future reference.
Step 2: Payment of Application Fee
• Once the application form is submitted, pay the application fee of INR 600/- for the General category and INR 500/- for students belonging to the SC/ ST category.
• The application fee must be paid online mode only via, i.e. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
Students must keep the following information ready for filling out the details in the Application Form:
1. Hall Ticket Number, place of study, percentage of the qualifying exam.
2. Hall Ticket Number, passing year, place of study for SSC or equivalent.
3. Caste in case of SC, ST, or OBC candidate
4. Personal details for Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Mobile Number, Aadhar Number etc.
5. PH, NCC, NSS, CAP, Sports, etc.
6. Income certificate up to one lakh, two lakh or more than two lakh
7. Study or Residence or Relevant certificate for proof of local status
8. Recent digital color photograph and signature.
